Because our socks are free‑size and made for a flexible, universal fit, we only accept returns for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is approved and the socks are received in unused condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

 

Exchanges

Since our socks are free‑size, exchanges are only offered if you received a faulty or incorrect item.

 

Non‑returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks that have been worn, washed, or removed from their original packaging.

 

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
