We sell free‑size socks designed to fit most adults. Product colours, textures, and patterns may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing variations.We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all product descriptions or images are error‑free.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

 

All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.Payment must be completed at checkout through our secure payment providers.Your order is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

 

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reasons.If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.Discounts will also be changed subject to any mistakes,no refunds will be provided for that.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

 

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, or circumstances beyond our control.We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the courier.Any delivery issues must be reported to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

 

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed socks in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened socks.Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected,if product is found opened or any reason that will not be refunded, the shipping cost back to the customer will be subjected to the return shipping cost.Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.Full details are available in our Refund Policy.

 

7. Exchanges

 

Because our socks are free‑size, exchanges are only offered for faulty or incorrect items.

 

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.We may request photos or additional information to verify the issue.Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.
