Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the courier and your location.

We do not guarantee delivery dates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or any circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we’ll help resolve the issue.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
