SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Dispatch and Delivery Estimates

  • Non-Binding Timelines: We aim to process and ship orders with reasonable speed. However, all delivery dates provided are estimates only. Time is not "of the essence" for any contract with ToeFu.lab.

  • Courier Autonomy: Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is subject to the courier’s operational capacity. ToeFu.lab shall have no liability for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, extreme weather, or any event defined as Force Majeure.

2. Customer Responsibility for Data Accuracy

  • Finality of Address: You are strictly responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

  • The "Incorrect Address" Waiver: Pursuant to foreseeable risk prevention, orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer are considered successfully fulfilled. No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for customer-side data errors.

3. Claims and Inspection Window

  • Strict 7-Day Limit: You must inspect your parcel immediately upon arrival. Any claims for damaged goods or incorrect items must be reported to ToeFu.lab within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Waiver of Claims: Failure to notify us within this 7-day window constitutes an absolute and irrevocable acceptance of the goods in the condition they were received.

4. International Shipments (Customs & Duties)

  • Import Liability: International customers act as the "Importer of Record." You are solely responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and local taxes.

  • Refusal of Delivery: If a customer refuses to pay customs fees and the parcel is abandoned or destroyed, no refund will be issued.

5. Failed Delivery and Reshipping Fees

  • Returned to Sender (RTS): If a parcel is returned to us due to (a) an incorrect address, (b) failed delivery attempts, or (c) failure to collect from a local depot, the original contract remains fulfilled.

  • Secondary Shipping Costs: We are under no obligation to reship the item until the customer has paid a secondary shipping fee in full. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these instances.
